ABP Capital financed an acquisition loan for the purchase of a retail shopping center located in Mesa, AZ. “Stapley Square” consists of 24,568 SF of retail space leased to a wide variety of tenants, including LA Fitness, BBVA Compass Bank, Subway, GNC, Fantastic Sams and Leslie’s Pool Supplies as well as a 21,091 SF pad ground lease with Jack in the Box.
